The grid is also interconnected to Thailand¡¯s transmission system in the North and Singapore¡¯s transmission system in the South. TNB¡¯s distribution network is managed through a comprehensive distribution system, customer service centres and call management centres.

Wirazone is the exclusive electricity provider in Kuala Lumpur Sentral development area, and operating Centralised Chilled Water System as the secondary business to Kuala Lumpur Sentral development (KL Sentral), which is set to become the transportation and communications hub of the nation.

Wirazone is able to distribute up to 60MW of electricity demand at 33kV and below. The plant capacity for the Centralised Chilled Water Plant is 7000 RT supplying to four blocks of office buildings.
